The Conference Fee includes attendance to all the sessions of the conference, reception, conference documentation, coffee breaks and lunches for July 1-2.
The Conference Open-Air Dinner for delegates will take place at Churchill college, on July 2, 2019. It is an out-door buffet event, including three pop-up eateries (American style BBQ, Taco shack and Taste of Spain), an ice-cream bar and a free drink (subsidised by the conference).
The conference will provide all delegates with a punting tour on the river Cam free of charge on July 1.
